This year we are offering two options for a morning workout class to help you work up a sweat and get your day started before conference activities begin.

1. "Pop Hop" will be offered, which is a fun, upbeat group fitness class led by Toyota's own Jane Howard-Martin. This class combines 60 minutes of stretching, cardio, and beginner hip hop dance moves choreographed to some of today's hit pop songs.
2. Pure Barre will also be joining us, offering your favorite barre class with a twist. A Pure Barre instructor will host a "barre-less" class that combines fun and challenging movements with strength training exercises.

Both classes will start at 6:00 am CST on November 7th. Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please indicate your interest below.

Suggested attire: appropriate footwear (athletic shoes for Pop Hop; socks for Pure Barre), comfortable fitness clothing such as leggings and a tank top or T-shirt.
