Community Engagement Learning Session and Activity Image

Please join us for a thought provoking session facilitated by Roslyn Dawson, President and CEO of the Texas Women’s Foundation. You’ll hear her candid insights and gain a deep understanding of the critical issues impacting women’s and girls’ ability to survive and thrive in communities across the country and across the globe. While the topics might be stark, the tone of this session will inspire you as to how to get involved and make a difference.

This session will close with a meaningful, hands-on activity that will give each attendee an opportunity to directly touch a life of a woman/girl in need in the DFW Metroplex. You won’t want to miss this session because this will not just be about your own personal transformation but about the ripple effect we can create together to transform the landscape for those marginalized and neglected in our own backyard.

Attire is casual; jeans are acceptable. Wear comfortable shoes as you will need to be on your feet for the activity.
